For roofing contractors · 14-day pilot

You sent the estimate.
What happens next?

Give every open estimate an owner and a clear next step. We help your team organize follow-up, write useful messages, and track what happens in the tools you already use.

A practical result

Leave with a process your team can keep using.

Know who follows up

Build a shared view of open estimates, the person responsible, the last contact, and the next agreed action.

Have something useful to say

Personalize messages for checking receipt, answering scope questions, and closing the loop respectfully.

See what actually happened

Review attempts, replies, appointments, and decisions. Record booked work separately from collected revenue.

How the 14 days work

Start small. Put it into practice. Review the results.

  1. Days 1–2 · Map the process

Review how estimates are sent and tracked. Agree on a manageable group of open estimates, a team owner, and the starting counts.

  2. Days 3–5 · Set up the workflow

Configure the tracker in a shared spreadsheet or your existing system, prepare messages, and walk the team through the process.

  3. Days 6–13 · Use and adjust

Your team reviews and sends messages through its usual channels. We check in at the midpoint and help resolve process gaps.

  4. Day 14 · Review and hand over

Compare activity and outcomes with the starting position. Leave with the tracker, approved messages, and a simple operating checklist.

A good fit if…

  • You have open roofing estimates and want a more consistent process.
  • Someone on your team can own follow-up during the pilot.
  • You can review messages and record customer responses.

What to expect

This is hands-on process setup and coaching. Your team stays responsible for customer communication and pricing.

Custom integrations, automated calling or texting, paid software, and ongoing managed follow-up are outside this pilot. Any additional work requires a separate agreement.

We do not guarantee appointments, sales, or revenue. The pilot produces a usable process and an honest review of the results.

Start with a conversation

Tell Mark where follow-up gets stuck.

Share your company name, the system you use, roughly how many estimates are open, and who handles follow-up. Please leave homeowner contact information out of the initial inquiry.

Ask about the $500 pilot

Open a prefilled email to Mark with the pilot name and a few questions about your process. Review it in your email app and send when ready. An inquiry does not book or purchase the pilot.

Email Mark about the pilot

If your email app does not open, write to mark@midsizeai.com with the subject “Estimate Follow-Up Pilot inquiry.”

Next: a short fit conversation, then an agreed scope and start date before payment.
